Beyond Marketing had the pleasure to consult with the Full Court Press Restaurant Group (owning 14 different restaurants throughout the Midwest) by secret shopping 13 restaurants evaluating each restaurant on customer service performance.
Four customer service workshops were presented to the staff of Full Court Press (more than 200 employees) to share the message of how customer service effects modern day marketing. Both culture development and marketing consulting workshops were held for the ownership and management teams exclusively.
It was a pleasure to work with this outstanding organization passionate to improve their brand and service.

As a server at Hessen Haus in Des Moines, IA, I was given the privilege to attend one of your seminars this afternoon. I had no idea what to expect from this mandatory, all-company meeting, as I'd never been called to one. I was pleasantly surprised by your energy & passion for seizing every opportunity to create consistently excellent experiences with the people we get the chance to encounter each day.
When I listed my passions in the "five seconds" you gave, I said, "talking with strangers, making new pals, & playing outside." Your realistic approach served as a fantastic reminder of how effective it truly is to create, maintain, & sometimes even repair those relationships with each potential "pal" that comes into a business, & how easy that can be. A little kindness goes a long way and everybody has more fun when we take care of one another.
